Summer and fall academic sessions are starting soon! Do you have a place to stay as a result? Indianapolis is home to several major universities including Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, University of Indianapolis, Butler University and various Ivy Tech campuses.

Or, if you're just interested in moving to Indianapolis just to get away from wherever you are now and need a place to settle temporarily while you get your footing, try living here for a while! Here's why:

Avoid costly rent!
Indianapolis' various apartment complexes range in price from $400-1,000+ per month. You can imagine the kind of living conditions you'll be living in at $400 a month. Suburban areas of Indianapolis are on par with about $600-$1,000+ a month with varying levels of ammenities. That's just for one bedroom!

Rent for cheap with comfort
If you stay in my spare bedroom you'll have access to your own bedroom, your own bathroom and have access to my washer, dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and your own parking spot in the attached garage. All for the ridicilously-low price of $360 a month.

I live in a new house (built in 2003) and you'll have access to a walk-in closet, high-speed Internet and cable TV, plenty of power outlets in your room and a window. You'll even have your own cabinet space in the kitchen.

Location, Location, Location!
I'm located inside I-465, the huge bypass surrounding the city. You'll be less than 15 minutes away from Indianapolis' thriving downtown, living on the north side of Beech Grove (one of Indy's original suburbs) and 5-15 minutes away from the Washington Street Commercial district and Southport.

Not to mention, you'll be a mile inside I-465 and thus only a few exits away from I-74 (Cincinnati), I-70 (Greenfield, Columbus, Ohio) and I-65 (Greenwood, Louisville, Kentucky). I-69 (Fishers, Noblesville, Ft. Wayne) is about 20 minutes away.

What about Justin?
At the end of each month just cut me a check for a paltry $360. Most of the time you won't even notice me here since I'm usually at work and school during the day and I go to bed early. I have two adorable kitties, too. Payton and Dayton are both de-clawed, spayed/neutred and have all their shots. Plus, they're cuddly-lookin'g.

I'm relatively easy to live with so long as you're not a complete slob and treat my stuff with care. Leases are a minimum of 3 months and I reserve the right to kick you out with just cause. But hey, you can't beat $360 a month.

Ready to move in? Just drop me a note or give me a call and we'll get the ball rolling.
