The Old Site is Over He

Work with Justin. Get Easy Money.

Truth be told, I've done too much. I work full time, go to school part-time and then balance freelance clients on a "do it as fast as I can" basis. I could be doing a lot more than this, that's for sure. I've brought on three new clients in the last three weeks alone. They're primarily small, home-operated or independently owned businesses that need simple design work. I have ideas for their sites but rarely get the time to put them all down in code. That's where you come in.

What Needs to be Done?

Here's all the work I have to get done in the next few weeks for my existing clients:

  • Design a (new) website for Reaction Strike from the ground up. Here's what we're starting with.
  • Design a website for On-Site-Oil. From nothing.
  • Maintain updates on a myriad of other sites.
  • Develop podcasts for dotCaum Photography.
  • Develop interactive Kiosks for dotCaum.
  • Perform adequate usability testing on all of my websites.
  • Make changes based on the results of those tests.
  • Develop technologies for better browsing for the visually impaired.
  • Develop a website from scratch for a mortgage company.
  • Develop a website from scratch for an insurance company.
  • Find a way to offer cost-effective virtual tours for real estate agents.
  • Develop a website for a Bread-N'-Breakfast.

In addition to THAT, I have tons more ideas for what I can do for my existing clients to beef up their websites.

Where is this headed?

Ultimately, I want to run a business. My idea is for a web design business that tailors to low-income businesses that can't afford the big names. There's a market to be tapped there, especially here in Indiana. You can be part of that.

What does Justin need?

I need someone who can work fluently with all Adobe products, particularly Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks and Flash. I need someone that can code the heck out of Actionscript or do some serious database work. My cup-of-tea rests in the design and front-end development. I'm pretty good at getting the sales leads, too.

What's in it for You?

Money. Cash. Moolah. Typically, I charge my clients $35 per hour. Some less, some more. For most of my existing clients I'd take some of the revenue and let you keep up to 65% of the profit after all necessary expenses (assuming it even costs something for us to do this). For new clients that we find together, exepect to get 50% or more.

How do I Apply?

Call me or use this form to email me. I'll be getting in touch with you shortly thereafter and we'll talk business. Be sure to have your resume ready or send it to me at justin (@) justinharter.com. Portfolio site URLs are great, too.

I want to know that we'll get along smoothly and that our schedules work out to better my clients and maybe someday, our clients. Then we can quit our day jobs and be millionaires.

Take a Quick Look:

What You'd be Doing:

You'll work under me but I'm pretty easy. I just need things like fillable PDF forms, light database work, actionscripting and usability testing among other things.

How You Get Paid:

You'll get paid after I get the check in the mail from the client. Expect to see up to 65% of the total return. That could equate up to $20 an hour in some cases.

Why Should You do This?

Well, it looks great on paper and I give a fantastic reference. Not to mention, we might really get a money-making operation going, too.

Hell, you might even want to move in, too. Or, maybe not.
